Aim of the conference is a professional discussion of key issues and searching for solutions to current problems in economy, finance, banking and education of different countries; establishment of contacts between scientists, expansion of the international cooperation with universities, exchange of the research and practical experience, publication of scientific research results.

We invite lecturers, researchers, under-, post-graduate, doctoral students and all interested from Ukraine and foreign countries to participate in the conference.

• Academic platform 1 “Features of Economic Processes under the Conditions of Martial Law”.
• Academic platform 2 “Development of the Financial Market under the Conditions of Digitalization of Economy”.
• Academic platform 3 “Innovative Vectors of the Development of the Banking System”.
• Academic platform 4 “Modern Economic Education: Innovative Methods and Digital Technology".

Conference languages: Ukrainian, English.

Form of participation: online, by means of discussion on the official website of the Publishing House “Internauka” and publication of theses in the digital conference proceedings.

As a result of the conference, the proceedings will be formed in PDF format. The conference proceedings will be assigned:

• UDC, JEL Classification indexes;
• copyright sign;
• DOI digital identifier;
• ISBN (Czech Republic).

The conference proceedings will be placed on the portal of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadskyi, in the Odessa National Economic University repository, on the official website of European Institute for Innovation Development and on the official website of the Publishing House “Internauka”.

CALENDAR OF THE CONFERENCE

The digital version of the conference proceedings and the European conference participants’ digital certificate with the number of hours (12 hours – 0.4 ECTS credits) will be sent to the participants’ email addresses specified in the application form in accordance with the conference calendar.

At request, the participants of the conference can submit articles to the scientific journal “Scientific Bulletin of Odessa National Economic University”, B category. Additional information about the scientific journal and conditions of the publication can be found at the link: http://n-visnik.oneu.edu.ua/.

MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

For the participation in the conference, the following materials must be sent to the email address conf.oneu@gmail.com before March, 6 inclusive:

• theses prepared according to the requirements;
• completed application form (https://forms.gle/stD9MU5UGmkwYZgEA) (co-authors fill out one application form);
• a scanned (photographed) receipt for the payment of the registration fee and for production of the paper copy of conference proceedings (in case of an order).

Files must include the authors’ last name, for example: Ivanov_thesis.docx, Ivanov_receipt.docx.

After the conference organizing committee has reviewed the received materials, a notification regarding the confirmation of the materials will be sent to the authors’ email addresses.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THESIS

For the publishing are accepted theses of 2-3 full pages in .doc or .docx, Ukrainian or English.

Sheet format: A4 (297x210 mm), orientation - portrait, font - Times New Roman, size - 14, spacing - 1.0, style - Normal; use of a font of the smaller size (10 points) for text sites which have auxiliary (minor) value is allowed.

All margins - 20 mm.

Indent - 1.25.

Text alignment - in width.

Numbering of pages - is not carried out.

Thesis should include a minimum number of formulas and graphs, which are executed using special MS Office editors. Formulas are placed in the center, numbering is carried out on the right edge. Pictures must be grouped as a single object.

The digital material is presented in a table, the text size of the table is 12, the serial number is placed above the table, aligned to the right side (for example, Table 1), the title is placed above the table below the serial number, aligned in the middle. The format of figures and tables is book format.

Formulas, graphs, figures and tables are presented after the text where they are first mentioned or on the next page.

Metadata of the thesis is obligatory: abstract (2-3 sentences) and keywords (up to 5 words or phrases). In the abstract, it is recommended to use the construction of a sentence using such phrases as: Thesis is devoted to ... The evaluation of …. was carried out. Features of the …. were determined. It was established that ... etc.

At the end of the publication, a general conclusion and a bibliography are provided. The general conclusion is presented in the form of the result of the analysis of the main parameters of the problems (2-3 propositions). For example, the conducted analysis ... indicates .... Solving these problems is related to ... etc.

References to literature sources are arranged in accordance with national standards for publications in professional journals (Bibliographic description arrangement in accordance with the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of compilation”), in the text are given in square brackets. For example, [5, p. 45; 10, p. 15-17], where the first figure indicates serial number of the source in the bibliography, and the second is the page of this source to which the researcher refers; one source is separated from another by a semicolon. The bibliography is provided after the text of the thesis under the heading “References”. The bibliography should contain from 2 to 5 sources.

The author is responsible for the content of the provided material and the absence of academic plagiarism. The uniqueness of the text should be at least 80%.

One thesis cannot have more than 2 co-authors!

Attention! The theses of students and master students of higher education institutions are accepted for inclusion in the conference proceedings under the conditions of co-authorship with a scientific supervisor who has the scientific degree of Candidate (PhD) or Doctor of Sciences (Dr. Habil.).

The organizing committee reserves the right not to accept for consideration theses, prepared with a deviation from the above-mentioned requirements, as well as those that were sent after the established deadline.

3. Scientific degree, academic rank, position, place of work (study), city, country: alignment on the right edge, font – italics.

5. Metadata of the thesis: abstract – width alignment, font – italic, keywords – width alignment, font – bold (only for the phrase “keywords”), italics.
6. The text of the thesis.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The registration fee is UAH 250 for each submitted thesis.

The registration fee covers the costs of organizing the event, reviewing and checking for plagiarism the manuscripts of theses submitted by the authors for publication; arrangement of the conference proceedings; assignment of the indexes, copyright, digital identifier DOI, ISBN (Czech Republic); placement on the portal of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadskyi, in the Odessa National Economic University repository, on the official website of the Publishing House “Internauka” for discussion and on the official website of the European Institute for Innovation Development (Ostrava, Czech Republic) as well as distribution of the conference proceedings and participants’ certificates in digital form.

In case authors need a paper copy of the conference proceedings, the publication cost will be UAH 270.

The publication cost covers the cost of its production. The delivery of paper copies is carried out by “Nova Poshta” and assumes payment by the author for this service according to the current tariffs of the specified operator.

Details for payment will be sent to the conference participants at the same time as information from the organizing committee regarding the confirmation of the submitted theses. A scanned copy / photo of the payment receipt must be sent to the email address of the organizing committee no later than the deadline for submission of theses specified in the conference calendar.

In addition, the Publishing House “Internauka” offers to the conference participants the following services:

• assignment of DOI to theses;
• publication of articles in professional journals of B category;
• copyright registration;
• inclusion to the registry of participants scientific topics;
• membership in scientific public associations;
• foreign internship for pedagogical and research-pedagogical staff.
