Annotation: Graduation work is devoted to analysis of algorithms and recognition methods in the image in real time, and program implementation for controlling a computer with hand gestures. The purpose is developing software that allows to recognize hand gesture.
The program is implemented through computer vision library OpenCV using the programming language C ++.

Summary: The work deals with the study of the detection possibility of the malignant tumors, particularly sarcoma C-180, in biological objects (mice) by applying a new contactless diagnostic method developed on the basis of acoustic modulation spectroscopy. The comparative analysis of registered amplitude-frequency acoustic spectra of the studied healthy and sick objects allows us to detect and determine the dissemination of malignant tumors.
