Abstract: The article deals with complex issues of development and adaptation of industrial enterprise cost management to changing conditions unstable environment management. Features costs of the enterprise as an economic category. Detected shortcomings of existing systems management costs. A number of requirements to establish an effective system management costs. The conclusions that cost management system should be implemented in an integrated manner, providing interconnected solving problems.
