Abstract: The article deals with complex issues of development and adaptation of industrial enterprise cost management to changing conditions unstable environment management. Features costs of the enterprise as an economic category. Detected shortcomings of existing systems management costs. A number of requirements to establish an effective system management costs. The conclusions that cost management system should be implemented in an integrated manner, providing interconnected solving problems.

Abstract: The features ensuring the economic security of the state in the development of the knowledge economy, discovered and described the threat to economic security of the national economy, which are characteristic of the knowledge economy, determined that innovative development can increase the security level of the state economy, it is proved that the development of the knowledge economy allows empower the world economy, raise living standards, ensure the acceleration of scientific and technological progress.
