Summary: Psychological features of formation of teachers understanding of a schoolchild’s personality has been examined in the present study. The results of the experiment on respondents reflection of own system of evaluation criteria and the perception of another person, their rethinking and adjustment based on psychological and educational theory; mastery of skills cognition of partners in communication; clarifying of own "implicit concept of personality", in the light of which the other people are assessed and relationships with them are built.

Summary: Psychological characteristics of teachers’ personality formation have been examined in the study. The results of the training on teachers’ self-consciousness have been presented. Active participation in the training enhances the teachers’ personality awareness, dispersion of illusory perception of themselves and their image in the eyes of other people (including schoolchildren), which in turn leads to positive disintegration of the integrity of personality structure that was provided primarily by mechanisms of psychological protection: the following self-analyses, self-awareness and self-improvement provide further integration of the personality to a higher level of development.

Summary: The article deals with the problem of critical analysis of methodological heritage of teaching methods in the literature of the second half of XX - beginning of XXI century. The author examines basical scientific and methodological works on problems of studying epic work through measuring its content and form, identifies the most important scientific and methodological ideas of scientists which still occupy an important place in the theory and practice of teaching literature methodology.

The article deals with the process of communication as a necessary component of human existence. Formation of communicative competence and its development during English lessons is an urgent problem not only in methodology or pedagogy but also social psychology. The theoretical material has been analyzed, particular dialogic speech has been identified. In order to form a certain level of communicative competence of schoolchildren, it is necessary to create an integrated system of training, which in turn consists of several subsystems, including speaking in dialogue and monologue which forms a key subsystem, has been identified.

Summary: The article analyzes and summarizes the world experience of investment attractiveness as the example of China's economy. Analyzed measures of improve the investment climate in the country, using the experience of foreign countries in the current Ukrainian realities.

Summary: The psychological resistance of workers of economic specialties through the lens of emotional burnout syndrome has been considered in the article. A set of factors that make impossible to determine the BS and the formation of psychological stability of professionals have been found. Personality traits that do not facilitate to the formation of psychological stability, reactivity, incontinence, neurosality, shyness, emotional lability have been determined. The results show the need for systematic research work with students on the prevention and correction of emotional burnout syndrome.

Summary: Psychological characteristics of the process of formation of emotional burnout syndrome in economists have been considered in the article. Personality traits that determine emotional burnout syndrome have been distinguished. The dynamics of the development of emotional burnout of students and employees has been analyzed. The results of empirical research allowed to ascertain a predisposition to the syndrome of emotional burnout at the stage of studying at university.
