Abstract. Foreign investment as an important factor of the countries' international economic development has been considered in the article. The condition of foreign direct investment (FDI) and changes in national investment policies in the world and Ukraine for 2001-2016 years has been analyzed. The main advantages achieved by attracting foreign direct investments have been determined. Further research questions in the area of foreign investment are to improve the legislative framework and a mechanism of risk insurance for foreign investors.

Abstract. In the article was separated the  issues of rational use of forest resources as the main development of the tourism industry, the participation of the rural population by the public forest.

Summary: The research analyzed the main psychological theories and approaches to the research of identity, self- identity, professional identity. Described scientific ideas about the structure of identity, the identification process, psychological factors and determinants of professional self- identity. The model of development of professionalself- identity in the context of the structure of subjective experience.

Summary: The difficulties of teachers during teaching profession beginning have been studied in the paper. The results of evaluation by experts of professional activity of teachers have been presented. Simultaneously the difficulties faced by teachers during entry into the teaching profession were analyzed. During the practical development of teaching profession young teachers face serious problems: external, objective nature and the difficulties caused by personal, psychological reasons; caused by the inability to use theoretical knowledge for solving educational problems.
