Summary. The relevance of this article is attributable primarily to the need for understanding the whole complex of problems of energy cooperation between Belarus and the participating States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EAEC). This problem is, unfortunately, did not get the required coverage, both in literature and in the press. In particular, in the area of marginal scientific attention is the problem of the evolution of doctrinal approaches of the Russian state to the energy security of the participating countries the EAEC in the international arena.

Abstract: The place that holds the system of professional development of teachers of natural sciences in Ukraine’s meta-system of education is defined. The tendencies and regularities that have an impact on this system are characterized. Summary. Stability of steel tanks at external wind pressure and its buckling and post-buckling behavior is examined. For the reliable estimation of stability of steel tanks at external pressure the nonlinear analysis is required. Recommendations for taking into account wind type load in the stability estimate of steel tanks are given.

Summary: Article is devoted to research of the sphere tourist and recreational services identified factors that slow down the development of tourism and recreation industry. Summary: Probabilistic forecasting is operational-cognitive component of competitive activity of fencers, providing the perception and processing of information, and effectiveness of solving problems in combat. Correlation indicators of ability and attack activity were studied among the young fencers with foils aged 17-19.There are suggestions for the improvement ways of attacks in terms of targeted training requiring the existence  probabilistic forecasting on verbal and unconscious level.

Аннотация. Представлены результаты изучения кислотного разложения аргиллитов и хлорирования сиаллитов. Изучены физико-химические свойства исходных руд и найдены оптимальные условия  их взаимодействия серной кислотой и хлором. Разработаны соответствующие принципиальные технологические схемы и указаны   пути получения оксида алюминия из солей алюминия.

Summary: Republic of Belarus treats the countries which don't have stocks of own energy resources. The main energy resources – natural gas, oil and coal – are imported and therefore in the course of import and consumption there are problems on regulation of the social and economic relations, and also a sustainable development of the country.

Summary. The methodical approach to planning pharmaceutical providing the region's population in emergency situations, which is planning a pharmaceutical providing of population-based analysis of the actual state of all levels of the health system in the region and their readiness for operation under conditions of emergency. Methodical approach allows reducing uncertainty and unpredictability in the planning of pharmaceutical providing of population, which is achieved by processing alternative solutions according to the possible scenarios of emergencies and introducing a mechanism of suspension and correction decisions of each option.

Summary: the article describes the algorithm of formation the section of the EIA (environmental impact assessment) by a factor of noise pollution for the reconstructed building of the clinic number 1 on Pushkin ave., 23, Dnepropetrovsk. Realized the analysis of noise sources affecting the premises in a polyclinic. Determined by their noise characteristics. The authors found exceeding the permissible sanitary norms noise. Proposed recommendations for the protection of the premises from the noise of the building of clinic.
