Abstract: A theoretical analysis of the impact of violence on television on the psyche of the audience, offered two models of formation of aggressive behavior as a result of the perception of violence.

Summary: The essence of the concept of risk, danger and threats were investigated. The systematization of theoretical approaches to the definition of risk in five essential categories was proposed. Interrelation among concepts in the context of the required state financial and economic security were defined.

Annotation: Analysis of the Italian experience in the development of continuous pedagogical education in Italy in the twentieth century allowed us to characterize the main aspects of the development process of continuous teacher education in the Republic of Italy; to determine the basic theoretical positive achievements, the implementation of which are the first meaning solution in Ukraine to upgrade the national system of continuous education.

Annotation: In this topic the management system of innovative potential of the enterprise which contains the complex method. It was revealed that all existing types of relations significantly affect the characteristics of the innovation potential. Summary. There is actuality of creation of institute and legal principles of perfection of public economic policy in the sphere of production of the cultural blessings. Measures, directed on realization of reform of cultural sphere, are offered. In particular in relation to strengthening of potential of the Ukrainian culture, development of strategy of its development, introduction of economic policy on competitive principles, perfection of financing of establishments of culture due to budgetary facilities, and also perfection of model of privately state partnership.

Summary. The commercial interests of the community transport companies which enable their functional integration with the help of logistics management principles have been founded in this paper. Formation of the logistics network allows businesses to increase profits and reduce costs of all types of resources. The author noted that the effectiveness of cooperation of individual subjects at the logistics market is possible through the creation of transport-logistics systems in enterprise’s activity. It is concluded that transport-logistics system designing of the enterprise on the basis of synergies helping to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation, specific public and private objectives of companies, and the best combination of costs and results.
