This method allows to make diagnoses without direct invasive interference in the human body. The superiority of this type of analysis to the rest is substantinated.

Summary. The article is devoted to exploration of the main violation's factors of ethical component of modern social advertising. For the sample study were selected modern advertising campaigns that most clearly demonstrate the problem of violation of ethical parameters. At the time of analysis of scientific papers were found the main factors of influence that is used modern social advertising. In the study, threats and risks of using the identified anti-ethical methods were established, their influence on the thoughts, decisions and psychological state of the consumer.

Summary. Human papillomavirus infection (HPI) caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most important infections affecting reproduction. The most common manifestations of HPV infection in the vulva include genital warts. The prevalence, contagiousness and oncogenicity of some strains of HPI cause an increased interest of many specialists. The main route of HPV transmission is sexual contact, but according to some studies, contact and vertical routes of transmission are also possible. The first clinical symptoms in many children appear in 2-3 year of life and are accompanied by frequent relapses of the disease. The frequent occurrence of HPI among women of childbearing age, the possibility of vertical transmission of the virus, a feature of the course of infection during pregnancy, the irrationality of therapy – determine the interest in studying this problem.

In the article the theoretical aspects of motivation, and the features of the system of motivation and the main requirements for the motivation system in the company including in budgetary institutions set kinds orientation of civil servants in the system of motivation, considered of budgetary organizations and the methods of motivation system in budgetary institutions breakdown these groups, analyzed the problems of staff motivation system, and proposed measures to improve the system of personnel motivation in budgetary institutions also identified important aspects of the system of incentives, the features of the system of incentives and its types in budgetary organizations, highlights the main components of motivation in the company and in budgetary institutions identified actual problems of motivation and examined and proved the most effective methods of encouraging staff at the plant and in budgetary institutions.
