Russian іndex of the scientific citation (РИНЦ) is open access international bibliographic database of scientific publications of scientists. For information about publications and citations of articles based on the database author uses analytical tools Science Index. With the help of Science Index authorized representatives of scientific organizations can also add publications that are not in this database, not only scientific journal articles, but also any other scientific publications (monographs, articles in books, conference proceedings, patents, theses, etc.).
