Determined that the priority of industrial policy is the development and introduction of innovations and formation of investment demand for domestic products. Annotation: The article summarizes existing approaches to the theory and practice of development cooperation, its state regulation and the main theoretical and methodological provisions of the state support of development of cooperation in the agricultural sector. Defined the basic idea of agricultural cooperation and the factors of its cause. Identified the key problems of functioning and development of agricultural service cooperatives. Established approaches to the development of state regulation of cooperative societies in terms of sustainable development of rural territories, identifies the problematic issues that require special attention. The basic directions and prospects of effective government regulation of cooperation in the agricultural sector for sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas.

Summary: In the article the features of the foreign experience of state regulation of transport services and found some tools that should be used in the formation of public regulation of the transport market in Ukraine.

Summary: The article suggests defining the content of the concept of "pension system". The essence of the pension system as a complex open organizational integrity is substantiated. Features the origin and functioning of the subsystems of the pension system of Ukraine are considered, taking into account the manifestation of principles, regularities, hypotheses of the general theory of systems. A model of the pension system was developed at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian society.
