Abstract. It was studied a puberty of 1078 school age boys residing in 6 cities of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan by somatoscopy method. It was revealed that Karakalpak boys were far behind development pace of the main puberty signs (pubic area pilosis) from their peers of Tashkent and other cities of Uzbekistan. Dynamic observation at 18-years period (1999 and 2016) was showed no difference in a sexual development of Uzbeks boys. While over 39-years period (1978-2016 years) in Karakalpak boys an average age of an appearance of pubic hair pilosis began to 1 year and 5 months before.

Abstract. Nowadays cardio-vascular diseases are the leading reasons of mortality and disability. The well-timed and correct diagnostic of these diseases is based on the control of the parameters of the functional state of the cardiovascular system, including monitoring in prolonged uninterrupted mode. There are different modern technologies for diagnostic and treatment interpretation which can reduce the number of visits to the doctor. So, these systems ought to meet several criteria, such as data channel with opportunity to translate messages about life-threatening events. Complex of all these advances will allow optimize and personalize treatment and management algorithms.

Abstract: Using several techniques the article discusses issues of mental and emotional state of patients in emergency department. The study in GU «Central Hospital» of Rybnitsa found, that patients being treated in the department of anesthesiology, emergency and intensive care often have a variety of negative emotional states, the degree of which varies depending on the frequency of being in departament.

Abstract. The paper presents the clinical and neuropsychological features in the middle aged adults - University staff living in the climate-geographic conditions of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek. The examined individuals suffered from physical inactivity, violation of the mode of consumption of food, liquid, sleep disorders, accompanied by of the neurological symptoms and somatic diseases. High trait anxiety was diagnosed in 58,1% and depression in 54,8% of the teachers. In one third of patients physical fatigue with a decrease in daily activity was diagnosed.

Abstract: The paper deals with the treatment of alcohol poisoning in the elderly, particular attention is paid to specific features of treatment of this disease. During the research in the State institution «Rybnitsa Central Hospital» it was found that the reaction to the poisoning occurs in elderly patients with specific characteristics and possible complications that require individual correction of the treatment.
