Summary. Representation of the strategy and priorities of development of educational libraries in Spanish-speaking countries (on the example of Spain, Argentina, Colombia etc.) has been done in the article. The legal base of the activity of educational libraries (school libraries, university libraries) of Spain has been analyzed. The process of establishment of educational libraries in Spanish-speaking countries under the leadership of the Regional center for the support of reading in Latin America and Caribbean region has been presented.
It has been proved that educational libraries in Spanish-speaking countries are the most important generator of public and cultural changes. Promoting the strengthening of education and culture, they carried out a role of establishment of social intellect as an integral part of the development of knowledge society.

Summary: Psychological characteristics of the process of formation of emotional burnout syndrome in economists have been considered in the article. Personality traits that determine emotional burnout syndrome have been distinguished. The dynamics of the development of emotional burnout of students and employees has been analyzed. The results of empirical research allowed to ascertain a predisposition to the syndrome of emotional burnout at the stage of studying at university.

Summary: The responsibility factor of specialists as the most important condition of their professional growth has been considered in the article. The issue of responsibility is analyzed as individual factors: readiness for professional activities; attribution of professional success. The results of empirical studies allowed to distinguish personality traits that affect the formation of responsibility and professional selection.

Summary: The theoretical and practical aspects of the ecological culture formation of students’ youth during the study of the "Economic Psychology" have been elucidated.
