Аннотация: в настоящей статье обсуждаются стандартизованные способы идентификации систем кодирования, рекомендованные для использования в сфере здравоохранения.

Summary: This article describes the object model of legal and reference data (NSI), built on the basis of existing international standards, provides a broad description of the possibilities of a cart-more properties of concepts and relationships between them. The use of this model can significantly improve the effects of the newly developed subsystems or components of reference, the coherence of individual elements of NSI among themselves and, ultimately, to improve the interaction between information systems.
