The article reviewed and analyzed the provisions of the Law of Ukraine dated 24 December 2015 № 909-VIII «On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts of Ukraine on providing a balanced budget revenues in 2016» and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on December 30, 2015 № 1177 «On Introduction changes in the electronic administrative procedure for value added tax».

Summary: In article it is shown that fireballs have the electromagnetic nature and are caused by wave space resonances.

Summary: A comparison of the efficiency of different sentiment analysis algorithms (naive bayes classifier and SVM) was made using a set of twitter comments. A general conclusion is made concerning the effectiveness of these algorithms.

Annotation. The article examined the corporate press work, magazines and economic journals, collections, books, etc. During the review we found the features of the impact of these publications on the ongoing development of financial, economic and cooperative education in Western Ukraine during the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.

Summary: This work represents complex evaluation of so-called area “Dnieper Rapids”. The method, proposed for evaluation, is attractive for the foreign investments. Its essence is in the identification of natural and anthropogenic factors of environmental hazards and determining the scope and intensity of their manifestation in a particular area by means of integrated quality indicators.
