Summary: The role of communication is clear at both the small firms and powerful companies and corporations. The effectiveness of communication and interactions depend the future of not only the company as an economic entity in the market, but also people working in the enterprise, and at the global level and the welfare of the whole country.

The relevance of the chosen topic is underlined by the experience of foreign and domestic leaders, their interest in the study of communication and their effective development, it is one of the most important factors of integration management is communication (up to 80% of working time of managers at all levels spent on those or other types of communication).

Because in our country the emergence and establishment of communications (and management) took place not long ago, a huge role in further development plays the correct approach to studying the experience of companies of foreign countries and modern Russian entrepreneurs.

Summary: The paper applies information technology and mathematical modeling to examine the epidemiological characteristics of a large-scale problem, known as antimicrobial resistance. It describes a mathematical model constructed to emulate the process of spread of resistant bacteria in a hospital environment using system dynamics. The model includes several key parameters such as the contact rate between the members of different observed groups, the rate of treatment with antibiotic drugs and others.

Abstract: The paper deals with the treatment of alcohol poisoning in the elderly, particular attention is paid to specific features of treatment of this disease. During the research in the State institution «Rybnitsa Central Hospital» it was found that the reaction to the poisoning occurs in elderly patients with specific characteristics and possible complications that require individual correction of the treatment.

Summary: The difficulties of teachers during teaching profession beginning have been studied in the paper. The results of evaluation by experts of professional activity of teachers have been presented. Simultaneously the difficulties faced by teachers during entry into the teaching profession were analyzed. During the practical development of teaching profession young teachers face serious problems: external, objective nature and the difficulties caused by personal, psychological reasons; caused by the inability to use theoretical knowledge for solving educational problems.

Summary: In this article analyze the basic methods of MetidaBSE technology transfer media data and then splitting to the video and audio streams. Conducted subjective experts and made physical simulation system using the above technologies. Based on the research of two variants development of the system was shown which option is better.
