Abstract. Foreign investment as an important factor of the countries' international economic development has been considered in the article. The condition of foreign direct investment (FDI) and changes in national investment policies in the world and Ukraine for 2001-2016 years has been analyzed. The main advantages achieved by attracting foreign direct investments have been determined. Further research questions in the area of foreign investment are to improve the legislative framework and a mechanism of risk insurance for foreign investors.

Summary: The article is dedicated to the research of biotechnical systems. The selected method of study takes into consideration in what extend the viewed bio objects being objectively evaluated. It is proposed to use optimal control method for this purpose. Once the parameters of biotechnical system are determined, the most effective control is being ensured which maximizes optimization criteria. Depending on the nature of admissible multitude the problems of mathematical programming are being solved. The results of findings are being analysed.

Abstract. This research describes the technology of processing historical data through multilevel modeling of leading countries’ information economy indices. This helps avoid the need to agree the distribution of data with Gaussian law and obtain models with acceptable errors. The use of the obtained models makes it possible to use cliometric studies to forecast the consequences of planned decisions.

Abtract. The article reveals characteristics of Austrian satiric-grotesque tradition in the work by Jura Soyfer, drama writer of the interwar twenties of the 20th century. Particularly the similarities between drama plays by Soyfer and Johann Nestroy’s theatre are emphasized. Main elements for creating satirical effect in both writers’ works are introducing fantastic elements, language levels dialectics, multimediality and outsider as protagonist.
Annotation: The article, based on an analysis of existing light sources used in industrial, civil and residential buildings, the study shows the noise characteristics and the electromagnetic radiation of low pressure fluorescent lamps.

Summary. Essence of investment resources of educational services of enterprises is analysed taking into account adaptive control in the context of vocational education. For their realization around to an enterprise the system of mathematical correlations that describe the investment resources of educational services of the system "enterprise – educational establishment" in the conditions of an increase risk taking into account the special purpose capital of endowment fund is brought. An optimization model, that on the basis of the project-oriented approach binds the investment resources of educational services of enterprise to descriptions of behavioral model model of processes, project environment, models for the evaluation of risks of Altman and Taffler, is offered, that generalized taking into account in efficient losses.

Abstract. In this article the Ukrainian market of online retail, problems and prospects. The analysis of options for ordering fulfilment centers or retail outlets. Built close to optimal heuristic model for processing large amounts of client orders to minimize the total number of shipments. Investigated the feasibility of these models for seasonal and irregular online stores. Based on the research presented possible potential savings by solving heuristic algorithms of multiple data requests from a large online store. Demonstrated better results by using them.

Abstract. The efficiency of investment resources attraction into agro industrial complex of Ukraine and Kiev oblast is analyzed. The rates of investment resources growth and agro industrial production values are studied and compared. The ways to improve the investment process regulation efficiency are developed for both state and regional levels. The main methods of investment process regulation, priority directions of state and non-state financing sources utilization are defined. Main factors slowing down the process of investment attraction are summarized.

Summary. This article is devoted to concept of "corruption" There are analyzed acts of the current legislation of Ukraine, international acts, scientific literature of domestic and foreign scientists concerning characteristics of corruption and causes of corruption. There are shown metrics of corruption in Ukraine. There are determined peculiarities of corruption among judges. We’ve found the influence of the legal status of judges on corruption. There is determined the role of the judges discretionary powers in the context of the emergence of corruption. There are presented ways of preventing and combating corruption based on scientific research and international legal advices.

Abstract. Summary of existing methodological approaches to the analysis and evaluation of public administration, demonstrates the need for thorough and objective assessment of selection parameters functioning of the regional system, and based on them develop the methodology of calculation of integrated indicators that reflect and evaluate the level of sustainable ecological and socio-economic development . Given the strengths and weaknesses of existing methodological approaches, in this study, we propose a technique analysis of the region and for its condition, for which settlement is subsequently serve as information base for future prediction assess the effectiveness of public administration.
