Abstract. The efficiency of investment resources attraction into agro industrial complex of Ukraine and Kiev oblast is analyzed. The rates of investment resources growth and agro industrial production values are studied and compared. The ways to improve the investment process regulation efficiency are developed for both state and regional levels. The main methods of investment process regulation, priority directions of state and non-state financing sources utilization are defined. Main factors slowing down the process of investment attraction are summarized.

Summary.  This article is devoted to concept of "corruption" There are analyzed acts of the current legislation of Ukraine, international acts, scientific literature of domestic and foreign scientists concerning characteristics of corruption and causes of corruption. There are shown metrics of corruption in Ukraine. There are determined peculiarities of corruption among judges. We’ve found the influence of the legal status of judges on corruption. There is determined the role of the judges discretionary powers in the context of the emergence of corruption.  There are presented ways of preventing and combating corruption based on scientific research and international legal advices.

Abstract. Summary of existing methodological approaches to the analysis and evaluation of public administration, demonstrates the need for thorough and objective assessment of selection parameters functioning of the regional system, and based on them develop the methodology of calculation of integrated indicators that reflect and evaluate the level of sustainable ecological and socio-economic development . Given the strengths and weaknesses of existing methodological approaches, in this study, we propose a technique analysis of the region and for its condition, for which settlement is subsequently serve as information base for future prediction assess the effectiveness of public administration.

Against the background of a large number of divorces and legal proceedings on the subject of children living with one or another parent there is an urgent need for psychological support of the formation of parental feelings in childhood. Experiments on facultative employment in the MOU number 17 Makhachkala performed a series of psychological and pedagogical activities, the results of which the authors report in this article.

Pedagogical analysis of the educational process from the standpoint of the continuity of the school — pedagogical higher school is considered as an integral part of the activities for orientation of students on teaching profession educational institution. Perhaps unity should be manifested in their understanding of the ultimate objective of the activities of the school and University, the creation of conditions for development of personality of students, respect for the individual, the responsibility of the teacher for the outcome of the educational process in building an educational process based on dialogue and cooperation, conduct in school and University uniform policy intellectual and language skills, strict implementation of the standard for teaching the educational areas in continuous self-education of teachers.

Annotation. In the article was investigated the features of a modern state and prospects of implementation of solar energy in households of Ukraine. It was analyzed the effective period for the operation of solar modules and average amount of electricity which regions of our country can receive from solar energy. It was shown facilities power that produce and sell electricity by "green" tariff. It was paint a scheme of the solar system of private households. Was found the problems and was estimated the possibility of converting solar energy into a powerful factor of energy independence of households from the influence of monopolies. It was focused on the need to accelerate the development and implementation of solar energy in households of Ukraine in the near future.
