Summary. The investigations pertain to the field of applied mechanics and address the effect of acoustic pressure waves on underwater vehicle during its start. The differential equation of motion of an underwater object is given in a simplified form. We analyze the case of forced motion of an underwater vehicle of arbitrary shape during its translational and angular motion in three axes.

Abstract. A distinctive feature of the current stage of development is the fact that science is a synthesis of various disciplines in various fields of knowledge, and, in fact, it forms a holistic picture of the world, holistic world outlook, which is gradually replacing all the old paradigms. The article considers the issues of the correlation of human nature and culture in its evolution, biological and social development of individuals and society. In this work the cultural evolution is considered in context of energy and information aspect, that allows exploring human culture as a process that forwards human development and evolution. The study has confirmed the leading role of the human environment in its evolution, the impact on the biological structure of a man, genetics, philosophy, culture, and the ability to change the world around. Conclusions concerning culture as the driving force that will contribute to the transformation of the world outlook of a man and society, the formation of values, ideas and priorities are drawn. The article analyzes the situation of e-trading in Ukraine. Advantages and problems of development of electronic commerce are distinguished.

Summary. We propose to apply the two-stage cluster approach for the investigation of the dynamics in emissions of the most common pollutants into the atmosphere in Lviv region. The mathematical model was described. The implementation of the proposed approach was performed in the Matlab 7.10.0 environment and the results were presented.

Annotation. This article contains information about symmetrization of amplitude quantity of gravitational waves, which were registered by LIGO and about combined GW150914, GW151226 masses got by an experimental way, with index of the Universe evolutionary degree got by the theoretical way.

Summary. The basic problems of evolution of marketing of educational services of enterprises of Ukraine are offered in the conditions of economic instability. Thus especially actual for domestic enterprises is diagnosticating of educational projects, programs, educational disciplines, account of enhanceable risk. The system of equalizations of mathematical model is worked out, with the help of that it is possible to conduct optimization of marketing strategies and tactician of complex of educational services in the system "enterprise – educational establishment", and also to give recommendations in relation to limit nature and management possible risks.
