Abstract. The article is devoted to problems and prospects of development of small business in Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the trends of development of small business in Ukraine, detection of problems of taxation of its activities and justify their solutions. The results of the study determined that small and medium business in Ukraine is developing at a slow pace, which suggests the existence of unrealized potential. One of the reasons for insufficient development of small business in Ukraine, there are distortions in the tax system, which creates prerequisites for the use of small businesses in schemes to minimize taxes, not the implementation of real activities.

Summary: The article presents the summary of numerous difficulties through working adaptation process for the new hired specialists derived from situational requirements of working standards. Analytical conclusion also shows the achievement to new working quality due to the innovative human resource management in terms of capacity building and the socio-psychological significance of changing human resources within the social activities. It stops to function only as organizational and administrative process and restructures as a provision of psychological preparedness. Thus the psychological capacity building of human resources requires learning and working situational arrangements based on the following components: adaptation to the working process, professional formation of competitions, working flexible formation of the models towards the certain situation.

Summary: The possible range of adjustment and energy efficiency for the application of regulated drives for pumps were studied based on the example of operational main oil pipeline segment, which has significant part load.
