Summary: Subject of interstellar flights remains actual taking into account limitedness of the terrestrial resources, overpopulation of the planet, and demographic, sociopolitical and ecological problems at the planet. A constructive solution is submitted of the construction of a spacecraft moving with acceleration resting upon electromagnetic fields of the Solar system and the Galaxy. Calculation of the current intensity within the circuit and charge value at the object's useful surface necessary for the achievement of acceleration equal to at arbitrary direction in the space is conducted.

Summary: There is a numerical and analytical approach to research of stress-strain state of an anisotropic composite finite element field with different boundary conditions on the surface. The problem is solved using a three-dimensional model of the theory of elasticity. The system of differential equations is reduced to one-dimensional problem through the use of spline-collocation in the two coordinate directions. Boundary value problem for a system of ordinary differential equations of higher order is decided with the stable numerical method of discrete orthogonalization.

Abstract: Adolescent dysfunctional consists of reducing moral reflection and ethical responsibility influencing the level of social frustration perception, physicality and sexual constraint. In this regard, the basis of psycho-pedagogical support was based on hypothesis that increasing in moral reflection will have a positive impact on moral accountability, which in turn will lead to greater consistency in sexual attitudes, improving bodily capacities and increase the level of social frustration, which has a positive effect in adaptive limits on personality’s capacities, causing the person to develop further.

Abstract: It is shown that smoking respondents (with nicotine addiction experience more than 5 years) have self-regulation inversion: for example, right brain hemisphere supports executive functions (left in control group), on the other hand, global self-perception associated with psychosomatic status, relies on the left hemisphere in them (normally on right).

Abstract: It is shown that high differenciated body component of self-image combinated with reduced self-appearance satisfaction and low emotional intelligence (N. Summary: Basing on the results of industrial experiments, carried out on the real pipeline, the patterns of flowrate changes during unsteady processes, caused by a changing the number of working units at oil pumping stations, were established. The method of determining mean oil flowrate against time and length was developed, which allows to specify the flow capacity of the oil pipeline during unsteady processes in operation.
