But it is ineffective to use manual delivery of products. Up to date JSC "Bayan-Sulu" product supply and its weighing is done manually, using a platform scales. The use of automated systems will not only facilitate work, but will also increase production, which will lead to a reduction in the cost of manufactured products. To date, machine-building enterprises in Kazakhstan do not produce technological equipment (automatization of weighing systems, feeding products into a mixer) for production lines of cookies, wafers and other food products. This equipment is purchased only abroad.

Summary: This article focuses on the study of the success of mergers and acquisitions deals. Hypotheses regarding the success of M&A deals in the Ukrainian market according to the sample of the study have been put forward. As a result it was found that more than half of the transactions did not lead to an increase in margins of profitability. According to the assessment econometric model to test the relevance of the hypotheses was constructed.
