Summary. The impact of oil discharge (pumping) volume on the flow rate in the initial section of the pipeline and the head value at the station inlet, where the discharge (pumping) is done, was studied. The algorithm and software to determine the flow rate at the initial section depending on the discharge (pumping) volume were developed.

Abstract: Substituted cyclopropanes, is one of the Central places in modern organic chemistry, since these compounds and their derivatives have valuable properties and are widely used in various fields of science and technology. The paper describes methods of obtaining substituted cyclopropanes, as well as different ways of their transformation.

Abstract. The article deals with performing culture as a phenomenon which is one of the improved instrumental performing training indicators in students of higher musical pedagogical educational institutions. The ways of pedagogical diagnosing in performance culture formation of future music art teachers are highlighted. The criteria group and the forming designated quality indicators are scientifically substantiated. The performance culture levels of the future music art teachers are outlined.

Summary: Failure models and multichannel signature analysis use approaches for multi output digital devices diagnostics are considered in this article. Principles of digital devices, technical data analyses and diagnostics methodology necessary for search failure localization are given. It has been shown that the authenticity of digital devices operation is defined by the diagnostics methods which are used for equipment availability and failure identification.

Summary: Theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out, which makes it possible to evaluate the mechanisms of the transport of organic nonpolar solvents in organosilicon polymers. It is shown that for nonpolar solvents the transport mechanism is diffusion of the second type, which also depends on the swelling kinetics, and the anomalous diffusion, sorption and transport of molecules at which the microvoid is present in the polymer matrix. The article presents graphs of the dependence of the mass of substances that are absorbed and released by the polymer for several of the most common solvents.

Abstract. The article examines the independence of the central bank, scientific approaches to analyze its components and describes the main legal provisions ensuring the independence of the National Bank of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the uncertainty space National Bank of Ukraine in the system of state power, the solution of which depends on further organizational and legal construction of the National Bank of Ukraine, as a leading regulator of the banking and credit system of the state.

Summary: For the first time in modern Ukrainian humanistics the attempt is made to compare Mikhal’ Semenko’s artistic orientation as a founder of Ukrainian futuristic model with changes in aesthetics development paradigm occurred at the beginning of the XX century. Based on existing periodization in aesthetics history, the turn of XIX–XX centuries is represented as a period of changes from postclassical aesthetics to neoclassical one. It is shown that identity of M. Semenko’s poetry was formed alongside the process of new aesthetics grounds formation, which stipulated originality of both European and Ukrainian avant-garde movement. It is emphasized that formation of neoclassical stage in aesthetics theory development (including fascination in creative work psychology as its attribute, unlocking creativity of art landscape specific character, attempts to reveal creative process psychological motifs) stimulated interest in creator’s personality, as well as avant-garde art experimental character.

Annotation. The article is devoted to research of innovations as a component of intellectual capital and coverage of the current state of innovation activity in Ukraine, introduction of innovations into the sphere of energy saving.
The article considers different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "innovations". It defines that most scientists treat the term "innovations" as new products, business processes or organizational changes that form wealth or social well-being. Such a semantic interpretation of "innovations" was also submitted to the Law on Innovative Activity.
But innovation should not be considered as an opening, because they can be only part of the entire innovation process, and not just its essence.
Based on the analysis of the current state of innovation in Ukraine, it was found that the National Innovation System was unable to stimulate investment processes, and industry demonstrates an extensive development path without changes in basic technologies. The main source of financing for industrial enterprises is their own resources, and their volumes are constantly decreasing.
When considering the state of innovation in the introduction of nanotechnology in the energy sector, it was found that Ukraine today belongs to the highest league of world science in the field of innovation, in particular, with regard to the introduction of energy saving technologies, but despite the high scientific potential and many years of experience in creating technologically complex products, The country is gradually losing its position in the markets of high-tech goods and services.
The article emphasizes that the experience of world leaders in innovation and high technologies such as Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands should be used in Ukraine, which over recent decades has been actively increasing the costs of science, innovation, high technologies, the development of even Does not stop in the period of financial and economic crises. A prerequisite for this is the development of a state strategy that all interested parties of the society will support.
