Summary: Certain aspects of activity of banks’ with Russian capital in the financial market of Ukraine are investigated. The reaction of banks with Russian capital to introduced sanction measures is examined. The possible consequences of selling of Russian banks, which are under sanctions, are determined.

Summary: The article is dedicated to the informatization of the education process. The characteristic features of informatization is analyzed as the main way of modernization of the education system. The monitoring system is suggested for the education system which is estimated for the results of terms and exams. Neural network is used for automatization of the evaluation process at ECTS (Europian Community Course Credit Transfer System).

Abstract: The anatomical structure of the vegetative organs of the Red Data Book rare endemic Iris svetlanae has been studied. Diagnostic signs of a leaf, vagina of leaf and stem were determined. Identified signs can serve in the identification of plant material.

Summary: The article suggests defining the content of the concept of "pension system". The essence of the pension system as a complex open organizational integrity is substantiated. Features the origin and functioning of the subsystems of the pension system of Ukraine are considered, taking into account the manifestation of principles, regularities, hypotheses of the general theory of systems. A model of the pension system was developed at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian society.

Summary: The article presents the synthesis of a formalized form of integrated algorithms that perform similar technological functions one-party document management in the sector of railway automatics and telemechanics, taking into account peculiarities of their structure. The basic method of combining algorithms is the introduction of additional definitive logical conditions. The developed model provides a reduction in the number of occurrences of the same type operators and logical elements in an algorithmic description of the process of doing of order specifications.

Abstract: This article is about to look at how children acquire language with little effort provided they have exposure to it and opportunities to use it. But the language they are exposed to is rough-tuned by their parents, to discuss the difference between the concepts of acquisition and learning. Despite some claims that learning is only useful for monitoring our own language output, we said that for anyone post-puberty the chance to study language construction should not be in some way ‘disallowed’!
