Summary. Regenerative medicine faced scientific, methodological and ethical barriers in therapeutic treatment of human CNS diseases for decades. First of all the barriers limited the development of stem cell based transplantation therapeutic approaches. In 2006 the breakthrough study of Yamanaka and colleagues encouraged search for effective means to convert differentiated somatic cells of mammals into targeted cell types, including neurons. Small molecules cocktails were found to enable reprogramming of somatic cells with and without ectopic expression of transcriptional factors and enhance reprogramming efficiency. Here we offer a review of the latest studies reporting induction of neurons with small molecules.
Key words: reprogramming of somatic cells, reprogramming with small molecules, chemically induced neurons.

Summary: The work deals with the study of the detection possibility of the malignant tumors, particularly sarcoma C-180, in biological objects (mice) by applying a new contactless diagnostic method developed on the basis of acoustic modulation spectroscopy. The comparative analysis of registered amplitude-frequency acoustic spectra of the studied healthy and sick objects allows us to detect and determine the dissemination of malignant tumors.
Key words: Acoustic field modulation, malignant tumors, sarcoma of C-180 type, acoustic spectroscopy, anisotropy of tissues.
Summary: It is shown that a daily intake of MSG at a dose of 30 mg / kg body weight for 28 days led to increased glucose and glucose-6-phosphatase activity and reduced lactate and lactic-dehydrogenase activity at a constant level of glycogen in the rats’ liver, which may indicate metabolic changes in the glucose metabolism.
Key words: MSG, carbohydrate metabolism, liver, rats.

Key words: glutathione peroxidase, vitamin E, α-tocoferol, glutathione, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant.
Summary: The paper presents experimental data on the study of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism under kantserogenza in mice BALB / c.
Key words: hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, carcinogenesis, thyroxine metabolism.
Summary: Article presents the results of long-term observations for the study of the productivity of natural pastures located in areas of mountainous and foothill areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also presented and interpreted in terms of productivity and material changes in the amount of nutrients, as well as the nutritional value of pasture forages under the influence of climatic factors and the seasons of the year.

On the territory of green plantations of Astana for the first time carried out an attempt of complex analysis of the current state of bird fauna, their spatial and temporal distribution and parameters of the bird population. The reasons and ways of development of birds in urban areas. The seasonal migration in the territory of the urban habitat. For the first time made an attempt to describe the linkage mechanism bird gardens and parks with available there assortment of trees and shrubs. Assessment of environmental conditions of green space, located on the territory of the capital, as the habitat of birds, made for the first time these areas are considered as an ecosystem.

Summary: The experiment for check of a hypothesis of the quantum tunneling nature of genetic mutations and decreasing the probabilities of genetic mutation diseases by increasing the concentration of heavier atom isotopes in the molecular structure of DNA (for example, by consuming “heavy” water) is offered.
Keywords: oncological disease, genetic mutations, quantum tunneling.
Abstract: This article shows the result of analysis of the regeneration of the hind limb of the Spanish newt (Pleurodeles waltl) by observing the length and the area of the regenerated part as well as disorders of the skeleton of the foot. It has been shown that the 4th regeneration takes place more slowly than the first. Analysis of variants of disorders in the formation of skeletal elements revealed that in successive regenerations the degree of hypomorphic regenerate increases, and that the incidence of skeletal abnormalities of elements suggesting the relative independence of the regulation of morphogenesis of these elements
Keywords: Regeneration, limbs, anomalies of the skeletal elements, Pleurodeles waltl.
