The author offers innovative approaches in building communications during such crises with different community groups . The article describes the approaches to the study of raiding, in particular, its communications components. The article also discussed communication strategies to avoid raiding attacks.

Abstract. Article "Documentary cinema as instrument of political and commercial PR: the Ukrainian and foreign experience" examines questions of application of documentary cinema as image-building instrument for events, different communications. The author analyzes genres of documentary and compares them various directions of PR communications. The particular emphasis is placed on creation of positive image of Revolution of advantage on means of documentary cinema. Also in article experience of the leading world companies in the course of formation of a loyal pool of clients, creation of personal image of top managers of the company on means of documentary cinema is analyzed.

Summary: A research was held as for the legal aspects of the formation of communications between authorities and community in the independent Ukraine. Several stages were singled out: from legal norms of the authorities informational openness to a set of laws that provide an access to public information. A recommended organizational model of information and communication departments in governmental bodies was defined. It incorporates two directions of activity: press-service and strategic communications.

The article studies the factors affecting the development of the advertising industry in Ukraine in terms of political and economic crisis. Considering the economic indicators, we examine the main trends in the development of promotional activities in Ukraine. The study shows that the advertising market is part of an economic system that works together with other markets and develops according to the general laws of the market economy, providing the needs of the community for services. It is proved that the Ukrainian advertising market is developing in line with global trends, such as globalization, integration, concentration, consolidation, diversification with all the features that are inherent in the Ukrainian economy.
