Summary: The analysis of approaches to improving quality characteristics of accounting information. Grounded inability to use transparency as qualitative characteristics of accounting information in the context of the development of convergent positions conceptual framework. Identified and substantiated three main proposals for the further development of the qualitative characteristics of accounting information.

Abstract: The state of linden tree alley on Soborna Street of Vinnytsia was investigated. The species diversity and phonological forms of shoots and leaves morphological components were determined. The last year state of trees and crowns and buds and shoots viability were estimated. The analysis of soil agrochemical composition of root soil and the soil replaced in the holes was carried out in order to identify the impact factors on tree state. We have analyzed the concentration of heavy metals in soils and photosynthetic apparatus of trees. The pests, diseases and other pathogens were investigated.

Summary: In the article the approaches to the development of students' ecological culture are considered. Determined that environmental education of pupils should make in the system: the family – primary school – secondary school - university. For each of the identified parts of the environmental education of pupils developed types of educational and extracurricular work which most form the principles of ecological culture in pupils.

Summary: It is explored the peculiarities of influence environmental conditions (temperature vegetation, spring frosts, the accumulation amount of active temperatures) on the growth and development of leguminous perennial grasses (phases’ beginning and biting ripeness) of the second and next years of vegetation.

Summary: It’s investigated indexes of bean seed germination, in particular, terms and energy germination and similarity. It’s found that the highest indexes of energy germination of seeds have got alfalfa, galega orientalis and white clover. It’s detected the features of growth processes of plants of grasses legumes. Proved that the first 30 days of the growing season all the herbs grow very slowly and evenly. Further growth of grasses accelerated and differentiated depending on the type of grass, but the laws on the direct effect of the power of energy germination of seeds on intensity of growth of grasses don’t confirmed.
