Summary: The responsibility factor of specialists as the most important condition of their professional growth has been considered in the article. The issue of responsibility is analyzed as individual factors: readiness for professional activities; attribution of professional success. The results of empirical studies allowed to distinguish personality traits that affect the formation of responsibility and professional selection.

Summary: The theoretical and practical aspects of the ecological culture formation of students’ youth during the study of the "Economic Psychology" have been elucidated. The implementation algorithm of informational, motivational and evaluative as well as behavioral components of ecological culture formation during practicals and student’s independent work of the discipline "Economic Psychology" has been submitted.
