Summary: Biological tissues and organisms are quite diverse formations with different electrical resistances, which can change when exposed to an electric current. This makes it difficult to measure the parameters that characterize the electrical properties of organs and tissues. A perspective direction for diagnostics and biomedical studies of the permeability of biological tissue is the measurement of the dependence of the electrical conductivity of biological tissues on the frequencies of electric current. The amount of electrical conductivity depends on the number of free electric charges and their mobility. The basis of this study is the task of creating a measuring system and an algorithm for finding the most optimal form and parameters of an electrical signal, to provide the necessary depth and speed of penetration of pharmacological agents into biological tissue, and, consequently, to ensure the greatest effectiveness of the therapeutic effect. As a result of the experiments, the influence of the frequency and time of pulsed electrophoresis on the depth of introduction of a solution of iodine and diamond greens into adipose tissue was studied. The ranges of the most optimal frequencies for the introduction of pharmacological drugs in the electrically active state, in combination with the action of electric current, are established.

Summary: Theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out, which makes it possible to evaluate the mechanisms of the transport of organic nonpolar solvents in organosilicon polymers. It is shown that for nonpolar solvents the transport mechanism is diffusion of the second type, which also depends on the swelling kinetics, and the anomalous diffusion, sorption and transport of molecules at which the microvoid is present in the polymer matrix. The article presents graphs of the dependence of the mass of substances that are absorbed and released by the polymer for several of the most common solvents.

Summary: The computational model of additional errors, which occur from interaction of intense shock N-wave with inertial positioning devices of hypersonic aircraft was built. Angles of coincidence for the industrial design of the angular velocity sensor were fitted. A comparative analysis of the experimental data for seminatural conditions for the two cases (gyroscope ON, gyroscope OFF) was made. Conclusions about the possibility of use of the results were made.

Abstract. Nowadays cardio-vascular diseases are the leading reasons of mortality and disability. The aim is the creation and testing of a complex technique of psycho-physical rehabilitation with functional music therapy in each component of the rehabilitation procedures for children with cerebral palsy. It is easy to use, does not have the special equipment, can be used by parents during home self-study with children. Identification of its impact on children in the classroom at all stages of rehabilitation proceedings, based on studies of neurological functional influence of music on the brain, helping to reduce symptoms of the disease.
