Abstract. Summary of existing methodological approaches to the analysis and evaluation of public administration, demonstrates the need for thorough and objective assessment of selection parameters functioning of the regional system, and based on them develop the methodology of calculation of integrated indicators that reflect and evaluate the level of sustainable ecological and socio-economic development .
