Annotation. The features of the formation and development of the institutional and organizational component activation of foreign economic relations within the border regions, which combine the adjacent border areas of Ukraine and EU member states using the method of hierarchies.

Summary. The relevance of this article is attributable primarily to the need for understanding the whole complex of problems of energy cooperation between Belarus and the participating States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EAEC). This problem is, unfortunately, did not get the required coverage, both in literature and in the press. In particular, in the area of marginal scientific attention is the problem of the evolution of doctrinal approaches of the Russian state to the energy security of the participating countries the EAEC in the international arena.

Summary: Article is devoted to research of the sphere tourist and recreational services identified factors that slow down the development of tourism and recreation industry. The above are some aspects in the creation of favorable conditions for recreational activities. Highlights forms of regulation recreational activities. Formed conclusions about the applicability of international experience, adapting them according to historical, socio-economic, cultural, and natural and geographical conditions of Ukraine.

Summary: World experience of development of CNG filling stations network, the state support, issues are resolved with the development of the market of compressed natural gas.

Summary: Republic of Belarus treats the countries which don't have stocks of own energy resources. The main energy resources – natural gas, oil and coal – are imported and therefore in the course of import and consumption there are problems on regulation of the social and economic relations, and also a sustainable development of the country.
