As a result, long-term analysis of life situations, personal stories, during counseling, the authors concluded that the main determinants of professional self-development of the personality of the teacher, are spiritual, Mercy, Non-violence, truth, compassion. They constitute the core of universal human values, to the implementation of which should seek any society.

Abstract. Pedagogical analysis of the educational process from the standpoint of the continuity of the school — pedagogical higher school is considered as an integral part of the activities for orientation of students on teaching profession educational institution. The analysis of this process from the standpoint of continuity is manifested in the question of what should be uniform, and that different teachers. Perhaps unity should be manifested in their understanding of the ultimate objective of the activities of the school and University, the creation of conditions for development of personality of students, respect for the individual, the responsibility of the teacher for the outcome of the educational process in building an educational process based on dialogue and cooperation, conduct in school and University uniform policy intellectual and language skills, strict implementation of the standard for teaching the educational areas in continuous self-education of teachers.

Abstract. Analysis of professional-and-practical training of a future teacher of Principles of Food Production Technologies in the system of his professional training at Higher Educational Institution was done in the article. Professional training of a future teacher of Principles of Food Production Technologies at Higher Educational Institution is performed according to educational-and-qualification characteristic and educational-and-professional program of Bachelor training majoring in 015 "Professional Education. Food Technologies". Abilities and skills that should be developed in the students during professional-and-practical training according to educational-and-qualification characteristics and educational-and-professional program were defined. Concept of "professional-and-practical training" was described. Professional-and-practical training of a future teacher of Principles of Food Production Technologies at Higher Educational Institution is carried out at educational workshops, laboratories, workplace, at work, during lectures, seminars, consultations, laboratory-and-practical classes, educational-and-production training, course papers, diploma projects; independent students’ work. Forms analysis of professional-and-practical training was performed.

Abstract: The modern requirements of the choice of platform for distance learning are analyzed and administrative functions of management training are considered. The methods of designing e-course are described. The approach to the organization of the curriculum, based on a combination of traditional education with on-line education on the example of the discipline "New Information Technologies" for prospective philologists of Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University. This course will be adapted for blended learning, described the structure of the educational-methodical complex on-line course. The on-line course is fully complied of credit-module and it makes possible to use it in assessing students in all learning activities and organizes independent work. This course enables intermediate and final sections of knowledge.
