Summary. In article the author pays attention of influence of positive motivation to professional and personal self-development of future specialists in automobile and road branch. It is certain that professional and personal self-development of students directly depends on meanings and values which are put in professional activity.

Abstract. The first year girl students’ current somatic health condition of Kharkiv higher educational establishments of different types was examined and analyzed.

The program of a special course for students of higher medical universities "Socio-communicative culture of the future physician in professional activity" is presented.
