Annotation: Investigated levers control the land market in France. Analyzes the French practice of land market in order to use the experience for the effective development of land relations in Ukraine.

Abstract. The efficiency of investment resources attraction into agro industrial complex of Ukraine and Kiev oblast is analyzed. The rates of investment resources growth and agro industrial production values are studied and compared. The ways to improve the investment process regulation efficiency are developed for both state and regional levels. The main methods of investment process regulation, priority directions of state and non-state financing sources utilization are defined. Main factors slowing down the process of investment attraction are summarized.

Abstract. In the article investigated and analyzed the specific features of foreign trade of grain crops in Ukraine. Grounded applied problems of bringing grain to the high condition and keeping it in silos to enable implementation of the next spring at higher prices. Taking into account that such measures will require material costs and attract significant financial resources. The analyzed data showed that the basis of grain exports in the next marketing year is forecast to amount to corn, wheat and meslin, as Fodder mixture of wheat and rye.

Abstract. The article examines the questions of whether the lifting of the moratorium on sale of agricultural land in Ukraine and the establishment of socio-economic impacts on interest groups. Applied problems of accounting and analytical support for the sale of agricultural land and the appropriateness of agricultural land to Ukrainian manufacturers are reasonably. Given the changes in methodology of accounting, in particular costing, a modern vision of the tasks of the formation of the land market and their evaluation.
