Summary. The article contains information about mobile information system for decision support during diagnostics and self-monitoring of glycemic status by patients with diabetes. Cloud technology applied during the development allows store patient data and prompt doctor's access to them, that allows make decision on further correction treatment on time.

Summary. To simplify and improve the effectiveness of the provision of medical services, it is necessary to create medical information systems. A system for receiving and managing patients' orders for the provision of medical services with a document management support mechanism has been created.

Summary. To provide the population with high quality medical care, it is necessary to implement a quality control and evaluation system. The work deals with the mechanisms of data transfer between medical information systems according to the HL-7 standard and the CDA protocol.

Summary: The article contains information about GRID-technology as a promising and important direction for Ukraine in the organization of IT infrastructure for common geographically distributed work and sharing of information and computing resources in health care facilities, hospitals, scientific research centers and institutes. Examples of projects that developed based on these technologies are given.
