Abstract. It was studied a puberty of 1078 school age boys residing in 6 cities of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan by somatoscopy method. It was revealed that Karakalpak boys were far behind development pace of the main puberty signs (pubic area pilosis) from their peers of Tashkent and other cities of Uzbekistan. Dynamic observation at 18-years period (1999 and 2016) was showed no difference in a sexual development of Uzbeks boys. While over 39-years period (1978-2016 years) in Karakalpak boys an average age of an appearance of pubic hair pilosis began to 1 year and 5 months before.

Annotation. The material provides data on toxicological and hygienic assessment  new cotton defoliant "UzDEF-K." It was found that the preparat is a low-hazard compound belongs to IV class of danger. Designed hygienic standards in the environment and food products (MPC in water bodies of water , in the air of the working area and the atmosphere air; MRLs in food, soil UEC ) . Science-based regulations of safe use of the drug in the agrifarms - sanitary protection zone, time-to-work.

Summary: Plant growth stimulator «DAG-2» is not a source of air pollution of the working area for sowing cotton seeds treated with this drug. However, working conditions and the nature of work processes when sowing tractor cause adverse shifts physiological responses of various systems of the body, there is a likelihood of the risk of professional diseases caused by indicating the need to implement measures to improve working conditions.
