This article discusses the economic and political consequences of lower oil prices. It also describes the specific impact of falling oil prices, Saudi Arabia, the Russian Federation and Iran. The analysis of the reasons for the fall in oil prices, namely the impact of the US production of shale oil, oil smuggling and others. In this article the author described the role of the international community to combat terrorism in Syria. He gave a brief definition of the main terrorist groups in Syria, namely the Al-Nusra Front and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant ("LIH"). In this article the author wrote about the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East. We have considered the reasons and motives of nuclear proliferation in the region. Details have been investigated external and internal factors of the Iranian nuclear program.
