Summary: The influence of the instruments of state regulation on grain production in Ukraine. The article proved that the state must act as a regulator of the grain market and its executive bodies must actively adjust the pricing, which will provide all participants profit is equal to a market economy and at the same time increasing the purchasing power of consumers.

Abstract.  In the article investigated and analyzed the specific features of foreign trade of grain crops in Ukraine. Grounded applied problems of bringing grain to the high condition and keeping it in silos to enable implementation of the next spring at higher prices. Taking into account that such measures will require material costs and attract significant financial resources. The analyzed data showed that the basis of grain exports in the next marketing year is forecast to amount to corn, wheat and meslin, as Fodder mixture of wheat and rye.
