Abstract. The internal environment of enterprises is analysed in the article. Using approach of the systems to the analysis of internal environment,  it is described it  as production potential.

The corporate sector of the national economy is an industry that generates sustainable development is not only an individual enterprise, the region and the entire country. In Ukraine continues the process of becoming a national model of corporate governance, a characteristic feature of which is the lack of effective legal, organizational levers realization benefits of corporate ownership, effective mechanisms of corporate governance and promote the interests of all subjects of corporate governance. It determines the need to assess the quality of corporate management.
