Summary: Basing on the results of industrial experiments, carried out on the real pipeline, the patterns of flowrate changes during unsteady processes, caused by a changing the number of working units at oil pumping stations, were established. The method of determining mean oil flowrate against time and length was developed, which allows to specify the flow capacity of the oil pipeline during unsteady processes in operation.

Resume. One of the solutions of excessive use of sugar problem suggested a decrease in its concentration in the manufacture of egg-white creams for cakes and pastries. Article shows the research results of sorption processes that occur in the egg-white foams and sugar reduced creams during storage. It was found that the introduction of complex of structurants increase the sorption capacity of egg-white foams. The resulting creams do not show fundamental differences in moisture exchange in comparison with traditional cream.

Abstract. The effect of the control valve authority in the process of regulation was investigated. Found a control signal conversion, which takes into account the authority of the valve to align the relationship between the control signal and the flow rate of heat medium. An experiment on the model of thermal point in the Simulink environment was performed. The experimental results were analyzed.
