Summary: The article reveals the theoretical essence of diagnostics of personality on motivation to success of the T. Ehlers and practically applied to the study of young workers in the tourist industry. The essence of the concepts "motivation", "motive". The results of the survey identified the level of motivation to success of the respondents.
