To ensure development and realization of innovative economic potential should intensify the process of optimizing the distribution of net profits. The direction the profit transport companies on the capitalization of assets and innovative development will allow increase the investment attractiveness and market value of assets, production capacity and competitive transport services of company.

Annotation. FMCG Retail is a rapidly growing segment of modern Russian trade. The thesis is devoted to the study of modern trends of FMCG retail in 2016 in Russia. The reason for studying this topic was the rapid and steady growth of this direction and changes in the structure of the retail market.

Annotation. The crisis of 2008 put serious pressure on the food retail of the Russian Federation. After the recovery period, serious economic and political changes took place in 2014, which served as a serious blow to the still hardened economy. But despite the general fall in the market, large network players were able to strengthen their positions in the retail market and even significantly increased their revenues. The reasons and consequences of this phenomenon will be considered in the article.
