Summary: This article focuses on the terminology of strategic marketing planning and assesses the basic principles of strategic marketing plan for commercial and industrial enterprises. Formation of strategic planning processes is described, both theoretically and justified on practical experience obtained from the samples documented marketing plans of Ukrainian enterprises.
