Annotation. The article is an analysis of operation and determine development problems of enterprises of the construction industry in Ukraine with a view to ensuring compliance management purposes and objectives. Analyzed the financial condition, results of production, innovation and investment operation and condition enterprises human resource of the construction industry in Ukraine for 2010 – 2015. The basic problems that hinder the development of enterprises of the construction industry in Ukraine.
