Abstract. Questions of public health in Uzbekistan, its well-being is a priority for the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The successes achieved in the fight against infectious and parasitic diseases, in many ways, are a result of the activities carried out in recent years. A conscious attitude and a thorough implementation of the requirements of the medical staff of preventive and anti-epidemic regime in health care facilities prevent the incidence of professional staff, and will also contribute to the prevention of disease of nosocomial infections in patients.

Summary: The article attempts to represent the evolutional vectors of the linguocultural macroconcept FAITH IN GOD in different English Biblical discourses. The author analyzes the specificity of the macroconcept and its kataconcepts verbalization in the terms of the Biblical discourse evolution, considering the changes in historical, social and cultural contexts.

The article considers the scientific heritage of the outstanding representative of the national management idea F. R. Dunaievskyi. It is shown that his studies do not concede research issues of the institutes of labour of the USA and Europe; the author analyzes his management concept called “integrated management arrangements”, where the idea of a system of management science and the idea of an independent science with its own challenges are clearly enough traced and the pride of place goes to the functions of management and recruitment.

Abstract: The article studied the dynamics of the character of Botir communist, the main hero of Uzbek writer Toghay Murod’s novel of "One cannot die in this world". His actions motives controlled by religious views are analyzed on the basis of artistic text. The changes in the character’s nature were investigated on the basis of the dialectical unity of social and genetic factors. It was proved, that the hero’s dynamics is identified by the processes of his thinking and psychology.

Summary: The article studies a mathematical model for understanding the epidemiology of antimicrobial resistant bacteria in hospital. The model provides division of the population on three different groups relatively to the susceptible and resistant strains of a hypothetical bacteria and corresponding antibiotic drug. The differential equations are analyzed and simulated using AnyLogic 7 simulation software, which brings to the discussion of results.

Summary: The article made an analysis of existing measures to improve working conditions in the workplace of noisy enterprises and adjacent territories. Analysis of the accepted classification of noise protection measures applied to reduce the noise in the workplace and for the areas adjacent to noise sources, enabled the authors to complement and enhance each of them. Given the magnitude of the possible acoustic efficiency of each of the above events.

Abstract. With use of widely penetrated in Russian studies self-consciousness evaluation method by V. V. Stolin and S. R. Panteleev it is shown that the compensation strategy of subjective social deficits in alcohol abusers and selfie-addicts is same, but quantitative differences do individuals with addiction to self-portrait photography much more adaptable and allow them to stay within the mental norm.
