Summary: The article considers the problems of evaluating the performance of the online store. The application submitted on the basis of modern computer platform business intelligence QlikView, which allowed to identify the main factors affecting the change in the efficiency of its operations, to trace the dependence of indicators, graphically presenting the results of operations of the store, using modern visualization techniques.
