Тенденції розвитку ринку фінансових технологій в Україні в сучасних умовах
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сутність поняття «фінансові технології» у широкому значенні, а також представлено структуру комплексної екосистеми фінансових технологій. Проведено аналіз сучасних тенденцій розвитку ринку фінансових технологій в Україні. Аналіз розподілу фінтех компаній за сферами діяльності показав, що найвагомішими є компанії, які працюють у сфері технології та інфраструктура (22%). Друге місце займають фінтех компанії у сфері платежів та грошових переказів, їх частка у загальній структурі 19%. І третє місце займають фінтех компанії у сфері персонального та споживчого кредитування (14%). Аналіз джерел фінансування фінансово технологічних компаній в Україні показав, що основним джерелом є власні кошти (66%), крім того, компанії використовують кошти приватних інвесторів (18%), фінансування за рахунок послуг бізнес-акселераторів (5%), фінансування через донорські програми та венчурні фонди (3%), також незначна частина компаній використовує родинні інвестиції (1%). Аналіз динаміки глобальної інвестиційної діяльності фінансових технологій у 2020-2022 рр. показав, що вартість угод, укладених як міжнародні інвестиції у фінансові технології на кінець 2021 р. становила майже вдвічі більше, ніж було у попередній рік. Враховуючи кризу, зумовлену воєнними діями на території країни, у 2022 р. показники мали тенденцію до зниження, але проти рівня показників 2021 р., їх значення було більше за показники 2020 р. Наведено фактори, що зумовили стрімкий розвиток фінансових технологій в Україні, незважаючи на вплив пандемії та воєнних дій. Виявлено, що ці фактори, з одного боку, спричинили негативний вплив на економічне зростання, але з іншого боку, саме вони в умовах спочатку карантинних, а тепер і воєнних обмежень, сприяли розвитку нових послуг і розвитку фінансових технологій.

Development trends of the financial technology market in Ukraine under current conditions
Abstract. The concept of "financial technologies" in a broad sense is analyzed in the article. Also the structure of the complex ecosystem of financial technologies is described in the article. The analysis of the current trends in the development of the financial technology market in Ukraine is done. The analysis of the distribution of fintech companies by areas of activity has shown that the most important are companies operating in the field of technology and infrastructure (22%). The second place is held by fintech companies in the field of payments and money transfers, with a share of 19% in the overall structure. And the third place is held by fintech companies in the field of personal and consumer lending (14%). The analysis of the sources of funding of financial technology companies in Ukraine found out that the main source is their own funds (66%), in addition, companies use funds of private investors (18%), funding by business accelerators (5%), funding by donor programs and venture capital funds (3%), and a small part of companies uses family investments (1%). An analysis of the dynamics of global investment activity in financial technologies in 2020-2022 found out that the amount of transactions of international investments into financial technologies at the end of 2021 was almost twice as high as in the previous year. Taking into account the crisis caused by military operations in the country, in 2022 the indicators tended to decline, but compared to the level of 2021, their level was higher than in 2020. The factors that contributed to the rapid development of financial technologies in Ukraine, despite the impact of the pandemic and hostilities, are presented. It is found that these factors, on the one hand, had a negative impact on economic growth, but on the other hand, they contributed to the development of new services and the development of financial technologies in the context of quarantine and now military restrictions.
