Annotation. The peculiarities of bid security as a factor of the effectiveness increasing of public e-procurement system functioning are researched. These peculiarities are researched according to subjective and systemic approaches. It is proposed to consider a bid security from the side of state customer for the benefit of the supplier and in this aspect the essence of a bank guarantee of payment in the system of public e-procurement is disclosed.
The approach to the estimation of forecasting value of effectiveness level of the enterprise participation in public procurement and activity connected with procurement agreement execution is developed. This approach takes into account the security of tender proposition and procurement agreement execution. Also this approach can be used to estimation of the effectiveness level of the enterprise participation in public procurement after agreement signing, its execution and expiration of the bank guarantee.

Abstract: This article discusses the development of adaptive, сross-browser web pages for devices with different screen resolution and using different browsers to display. For the code organization, to do less error and to enhance architecture project is using technologies such as preprocessor SASS and the streaming build system Gulp.js. The publication describes the reasons for choosing these technologies and using them in project to write high quality, optimized, how don`t duplicate code and spread errors when the project will be expand.

Calculation of the current intensity within the circuit and charge value at the object's useful surface necessary for the achievement of acceleration equal to at arbitrary direction in the space is conducted.

Summary: There is a numerical and analytical approach to research of stress-strain state of an anisotropic composite finite element field with different boundary conditions on the surface. The problem is solved using a three-dimensional model of the theory of elasticity. The system of differential equations is reduced to one-dimensional problem through the use of spline-collocation in the two coordinate directions. Boundary value problem for a system of ordinary differential equations of higher order is decided with the stable numerical method of discrete orthogonalization.
