Summary. The impact of oil discharge (pumping) volume on the flow rate in the initial section of the pipeline and the head value at the station inlet, where the discharge (pumping) is done, was studied. The algorithm and software to determine the flow rate at the initial section depending on the discharge (pumping) volume were developed.

Summary: Failure models and multichannel signature analysis use approaches for multi output digital devices diagnostics are considered in this article. Principles of digital devices, technical data analyses and diagnostics methodology necessary for search failure localization are given. It has been shown that the authenticity of digital devices operation is defined by the diagnostics methods which are used for equipment availability and failure identification.

Summary: Theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out, which makes it possible to evaluate the mechanisms of the transport of organic nonpolar solvents in organosilicon polymers. It is shown that for nonpolar solvents the transport mechanism is diffusion of the second type, which also depends on the swelling kinetics, and the anomalous diffusion, sorption and transport of molecules at which the microvoid is present in the polymer matrix. The article presents graphs of the dependence of the mass of substances that are absorbed and released by the polymer for several of the most common solvents.

Summary. The dependence of flow capacity on the value of the output overpressure of gas control point and the dependence of minimum overpressure at the exit of the gas control point on gas consumption by network were studied.
As a result, the analytical expression that helps to define the minimum excess gas pressure at the outlet of the gas control point, which provides the required gas flow rate and allowable pressure losses in the network, was developed.

The researchers made ergo thermal decomposition of the rescuers’ load while performing operational tasks and singled out areas of environmental conditions during fire by the degree of danger to personnel.

An analysis is conducted and nature of the diffraction phenomena of penetrating acoustic radiation is found out on the airborne equipment of flying wares in exploitation terms. Two modes are considered is a general case of influence of sound-wave in reverberation space of acoustic environment and critical case of display of features of resonant type as a wave coinciding (geometrical resonance).

Abstract. Independent power production is widely used in the US and Europe and acquires distribution in connection with the development of renewable energy sources. At this stage of technology electricity generation using wind, solar and biomass with few exceptions, is unprofitable and subsidized by the state budget. The prospect of decentralized power production involves usage of waste gasification for generating gas and using gas as a fuel for internal combustion engines, which are used as drive for power generators.

Summary: Subject of interstellar flights remains actual taking into account limitedness of the terrestrial resources, overpopulation of the planet, and demographic, sociopolitical and ecological problems at the planet. Summary: Basing on the results of industrial experiments, carried out on the real pipeline, the patterns of flowrate changes during unsteady processes, caused by a changing the number of working units at oil pumping stations, were established. The method of determining mean oil flowrate against time and length was developed, which allows to specify the flow capacity of the oil pipeline during unsteady processes in operation.
