Abstract. The article deals with performing culture as a phenomenon which is one of the improved instrumental performing training indicators in students of higher musical pedagogical educational institutions. The ways of pedagogical diagnosing in performance culture formation of future music art teachers are highlighted. The criteria group and the forming designated quality indicators are scientifically substantiated. The performance culture levels of the future music art teachers are outlined.

Summary: The author stresses that the ability to analyze the specific literary text builds up during high school training, which should be based on a fundamental theoretical basis in understanding the artistic and aesthetic essence of literature as an art of speech. Literary education will ensure the readiness of the future teacher to form in students, through the content and artistic images of literary works, not only the reader culture, but also social, moral, ethical and aesthetic values.

Summary: The author of the article gives interpretation to the term “leader”, identifies characteristics that are inherent to leader lecturers. Emphasis is also made on the importance of the right image, on the structure of the personal image and necessity of the right formation of pedagogical image. Here is given an example of defining the lecturer’s rank at higher educational establishment.
